Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.        a. On or about October 5, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a residential roof, approximately nineteen(19) and two(2) tenths feet above ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.
