The final order date was June 1, 2016.    Top Gun Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 954790, citation 01, item 02, issued on January 16, 2014, with respect to a workplace at 3722 Crossview Drive, Jacksonville, FL 32224.
