29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:      a) Worksite, Truck Trailer: Employee was using an unguarded DeWalt Angle Grinder (model DWE402) to remove bolts off the trailer floor; on or about 10/11/17.    Note: Because abatement of this violation is already documented in the case file, the employer needs not  submit certification or documentation of this violation as normally required by 29 CFR 1903.19.
