29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with either the information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers; or product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof:  a) Production Area, on or about 10/06/2017 - Two containers of Wepox Braun (German solvents) parts A and B were not labeled with hazardous warnings or contents.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employers did not provide employees with effective information and training on the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, including the required list(s) of hazardous chemicals, and safety data sheets required by this section:  a) Worksite, on or about 10/06/2107- Employees were unaware of the location and availabilty of the SDS sheets for the chemicals such as but not limited to Trim EP, which contained triethanolamine; Wepox-VerguBmasse braun Part A and B, a corrosive; Grittal which contained iron, chromium, carbon, manganese, and silicon and Chronital, which contained iron, chromium, and nickel.
