29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  This violation occurred on October 16, 2017, where at least one (1) employee was working on a balcony above the guardrail while on a 6 foot step ladder.  Employee was exposed to a fall of approximately 20 feet to the ground below.
