29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    79 Wilkins Rd, Gardner, MA    On October 17, 2017 and at times prior, the employer did not guard in running nip points of the Turks Head unit when installed on tube mills.  On September 26, 2017, an employee received minor bruising when a sleeve was pulled into the unguarded nip point.
