29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches, whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail:  (a)  Pinnacle Mountain homes, at 1280 Golden Eagle Road, Silverthorne, CO 80497:  On and before October 17, 2017, the employer did not ensure that every stairway having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches, was equipped with at least one handrail.  Two sets of stairs with more than four risers did not include handrails.  Condition exposed employees using the stairs to fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used:  (a)  Pinnacle Mountain Homes, at 1280 Golden Eagle Road, Silverthorne, CO 80497:  On and before October 17, 2017, the employer allowed employees to use worn or frayed electrical cords to power portable tools.  This condition exposed employees to an electrical shock hazard.
