Packaging area: On or about October 16th, 2017, employees performing bagging and palletizing tasks were exposed to fire and explosion hazards in that horizontal surfaces such as but not limited to the top the bagging machine and structural steel were not kept free of humates dust.

Bagging area: On or about October 16th, 2017, employees performing bagging and palletizing tasks were exposed to fire and explosion hazards in that the 100-pound propane cylinder and regulators were located inside the building near the combustible humates dusts.
