29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 1538 Club Creek Dr. Auburn, Alabama:  On or about October 18, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a job made scaffold with a walk board that measured 16 inches wide  exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 13 feet 7 inches to the ground below.
