29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 187 Grazia Way, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about October 18, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities while standing on a walk board that measured 6 inches wide and not 18 inches wide as per the standard exposing his employee to a fall hazard of 15 feet 9 inches to the concrete floor below.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 187 Grazia Way, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about October 18, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities while standing in the trusses without fall protection exposing him to a fall hazard of 10 feet 1 inch to the ground below.  b)  At 187 Grazia Way, Auburn, Alabama:  On or about October 18, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities while standing on a walk board without fall protection exposing him to a fall hazard of 15 feet 9 inches to the concrete floor below.
