On or about October 19, 2017, on the south side of the maintenance shed the employer did not ensure two 250 gallon containers being used to store gasoline (Class IB liquid) taken from scrape cars was stored in approved containers, employees were exposed to explosion and fire hazards.

On or about October 19, 2017, on the southwest side of bay #5, the employer did not ensure the nozzle of a 250 gallon container being used to store gasoline (Class IB liquid) taken from scrape cars was grounded to prevent ignition of flammable vapors, employees were exposed to explosive and fire hazards.  b. On or about October 19, 2017, on the south side of the maintenance shed the employer did not ensure the nozzles of the two 250 gallon containers being used to store gasoline (Class IB liquid) taken from scrape cars was grounded to prevent ignition of flammable vapors, employees were exposed to explosion and fire hazards.
