29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s): (Construction Reference: 1926.59):  On or about October 19 2017, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not provide safety data sheets for quarried limestone and Portland cement used on site, exposing employees to inhalation hazards of crystalline silica.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On or about October 19 2017, and at times prior thereto, two employees were not protected by eye or face protection while using an Ridgid Grinder to cut pieces of limestone, exposing the employees to the hazard of being struck by flying debris.

29 CFR 1926.300(b)(3): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  On or about October 19 2017, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure that the Ridgid Grinder used to cut pieces of limestone had a guard installed of the unused portion of the blade, exposing employees to the hazard of being stuck by sparks and flying debris.
