29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6):     a) Jobsite: 5525 Gibson Road, Gibsonia, PA 15044: On or before October 26, 2017, employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards while working on an aluminum scaffold pic that was within one foot of an un-insulated current carrying conductor. The conductor was part of the homes electrical service entrance at the weather head.
