29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    On or about October 27, 2017, at the above addressed jobsite employees were working over 25 feet on a three story building framing and installing dormers. The employees were not utilizing any means fall protection.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
