29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(1)(i): Where exposure monitoring was required under 29 CFR 1926.1101, the employer did not perform monitoring to determine accurately the airborne concentrations of asbestos to which employees were or potentially were exposed:    (a) Allman Drywall, Inc., 125 Wheeler Pl., Frisco, CO 80443, On or before October 11, 2017, the employer did not perform monitoring to determine airborne concentrations of asbestos in the work area. Materials in the area contained 20-78% asbestos.     Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(2)(i): The employer with a work operation covered by the asbestos standard did not ensure that a "competent person" conducted an exposure assessment immediately before or at the initiation of the operation to ascertain expected exposures during that operation or workplace:  (a) Allman Drywall, Inc., 125 Wheeler Pl., Frisco, CO 80443, On or before October 11, 2017, the employer did not have a competent person conduct an exposure assessment prior to work beginning. This condition exposed employees to hazards associated with asbestos.   Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").

29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(9)(i): The employer shall train each employee who is likely to be exposed in excess of a PEL, and each employee who performs Class I through IV asbestos operations, in accordance with the requirements of this section. Such training shall be conducted at no cost to the employee. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program:    (a) Allman Drywall, Inc., 125 Wheeler Pl., Frisco, CO 80443, On or before October 11, 2017, the employer did not provide training to employees who were performing Class I asbestos work. Popcorn ceiling in the area consisted of 20-78% asbestos.      Abatement Note:  Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
