29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice, etc.:  a.  144 Highway 81 West, McDonough, GA (Service Shop Area) - Employees were exposed to fall and/or trip hazard. Employees are required to walk in close proximity to the unguarded section of the drainage system located on the floor of the service shop area.  The grates which covers the drainage was missing and/or broken, exposing an open section area approximately 6ft. long x 2ft. deep, where an employee can accidentally trip and fall when accessing the hazardous area, on or about  October 30, 2017.

29 CFR 1910.23(b)(10): The employer did not ensure that any ladder with structural or other defects was immediately tagged "Dangerous: Do Not Use" or with similar language in accordance with �1910.145 and removed from service until repaired in accordance with �1910.22(d), or replaced:  a.  144 Highway 81 West, McDonough, GA - (Service Shop Area) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees were utilizing a 2-rung A-frame step ladder to access the vehicles when its on the alignment machine. The ladder was observed having damage (severely bent) done to the structural support frame of the ladder and was not taken out of service, on or about October 30, 2017.
