29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level.     a)  On October 25, 2017, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately 27 feet to the ground, while performing masonry work from tubular welded frame scaffold platforms.     Fox Masonry Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981311, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 3649 N. Lakewood Ave., Chicago, IL 60613.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
