29 CFR 1910.333(a)(2): Where exposed live parts were not deenergized, other safety related work practices were not used to protect employees who could be exposed to the electrical hazards involved:    (a) Facility, 100 Washington Street, Leetsdale, PA:  On or about October 28, 2017 employees were working on the MCC104 to gain access to conduit to repair a cable for the roll balance pump.  The unit was not deenergized and employees working on the repair were not wearing the proper personal protection to shield them from arc flash or other hazards.  A fault occurred and an employee sustained burns to their face and hands.
