OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to drowning due to rollover hazards while mowing.      On October 26, 2017, at 10075 McElvey Road in Springfield Township Ohio, an employee was exposed to a drowning hazard while operating an Exmark Lazer Z X-Series zero turn riding lawn mower (SN 315674748) along a pond bank with wet ground conditions and approximately 17 degrees slope when the mower lost traction and slid into the pond.
