Information and training was not designed to cover all applicable categories of hazards (e.g., flammability, carcinogenicity) or specific chemicals:   Employees engaged in new commercial building construction were exposed to skin irritation / carcinogen hazards in that employees had not received training on hazardous chemicals being used at the jobsite such as OSI QUAD sealant.
