29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure.  a.  On or about November 2, 2017, at the construction site located at 8105 Jitterbug Lane NW, Pickerington, Ohio, employees were performing framing work on a roof of an one story residential home with a pitch of approximately 6 in 12 and approximately 10 feet in height with no fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a fall hazard.  EVT Builders, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1191228, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 11, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at lot #11376 Eagle Walk Road, Delaware, Ohio 43026.
