Workers were observed installing shingles on a residential style construction site (house) without utilizing fall protection.  Some of the employees on the roof were wearing harnesses but not tied off to anything and employees were on the roof without any form of fall protection being utilized.  The workers were exposed to falls of over 10 feet to concrete below.  This was most recently documented at the corner of Timberridge Dr. and Lake Forest Dr., Papillion, Nebraska on or about November 2nd, 2017 when the employer had employees working on the roof of this residence without any form of protective system.
