29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: On or about 11/2/17 located at 4430 Clonmore Way, Cumming, GA: Employees were framing the roof installing rafters and plywood on to the house that was under construction while on top of the roof approximately 16 foot from the lower level. The employees on the roof were passing up the lumber and tools overhead of the employees below without hard hats and exposing them to a struck by hazards.
