29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  On or about November 3, 2017, at Lot 7a, 2519 Paden Birch, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Four employees performing framing work from the top plate and the ground were exposed to struck-by hazards from falling tools and trusses lifted by a crane when they worked beneath employees from the ground and the trusses being lifted without wearing hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about November 3, 2017, at Lot 7a, 2519 Paden Birch, Lawrenceville, Georgia:  Three employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 19.9-feet and greater when they worked from the top plate and unprotected edge of a house without using fall protection.
