29 CFR 1926.451(f)(15): Ladders were used on scaffolds to increase the working level height of employees:   On or about November 3, 2017 at 4270 LaVista Road, Tucker, Georgia, an employee was observed changing light bulbs on a light pole in the parking lot.  The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of more than six (6) to the lower level when he was using scissor lift to raise the ladder to a working position that the employee could reach the fixture.
