OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck by hazards during manual tree felling operations:    (a) Location - 19 Galloway Road, Chelmsford, MA:    On or about November 6, 2017, a felled tree was purposefully lodged against another tree in an effort to control the direction of the standing tree's fall. The standing tree with the other tree still lodged against it was then felled manually. Also during this process non-involved workers were not located in a safe position.
