29 CFR 1926.403(b)(1): Employer did not ensure that electrical equipment is free from recognized hazards that are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. On or about October 31 2017, in the stair area, the employer exposed employees to an electrical hazard. The employer allowed the employee to use a Magnetic (Mag) Drill with the protective sheathing cracked/missing, to drill holes in a steel beams.
