29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a.  On or about November 6, 2017, an employee working on the south side inside an excavation was working beneath the Caterpillar Excavator Model 349FL bucket while not wearing a hard hat, exposing the employee to the hazard of being struck in the head.    Gulf Coast Utility Contractors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.100(a), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 796981, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on July 12, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at Station 900 Back Beach Highway, Panama City Beach, FL 32408.
