29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(iv): There were damaged parts that could adversely affect safe operation or mechanical strength of the equipment, such as parts that are broken, bent, cut, or deteriorated by corrosion, chemical action, or overheating.   a)  Bay 3 Rear: On or about October 31, 2017, and at times prior, workers were exposed to electrical hazards when connecting cord and plug tools and equipment into a GFCI outlet with severe cracks of the exposed insulation material.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet).
