When wet processes were used, drainage were not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided:        a) On or about November 8, 2017 and at times prior, employees were exposed to slipping hazards from spilled engine oil on the floor. The oil spill oil was coming from transferring oil from the 5-gallon containers to the 275-gallon container.
