29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): 29 CFR 1926.1408(a)(2): The employer did not determine if any part of the equipment, load line or load (including rigging and lifting accessories), if operated up to the equipment's maximum working radius in the work zone, could get closer than 20 feet to a power line.  a) At the site employees were working installing well points with a Caterpillar excavator model 321DLCR / CAT0321DCMPG01. Employees were exposed to an electrocution hazard from overhead power lines. The employer failed to ensure equipment was maintained at a safe distance from overhead power lines, on or about 10/20/2017.
