29 CFR 1926.1153(c)(1): Specified exposure control methods. For each employee engaged in a task identified on Table 1, the employer did not fully and properly implement the engineering control.  On or about 11/03/2017, at the Crestwood Public Works new construction project located at 9353 Watson Industrial Court, Crestwood, Missouri the employee engaged in concrete brick cutting task was not protected from exposure to silica containing dust. The integrated saw used by the employee did not have water flow to control the dust.
