29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1):  Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  a)  At 781 Serpentine Dr., Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about November 14, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns to perform framing activities without eye protection exposing his employees to struck-by hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 781 Serpentine Dr., Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about November 14, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employee to perform framing activities while standing in the trusses without fall protection exposing him to a fall hazard of up to 11 feet 4 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:     a)  At 781 Serpentine Dr., Fairhope, Alabama:  On or about November 14, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to use the top step of an a-frame ladder to gain access to and from the trusses to perform framing activities exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 8 feet to the ground below.
