29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements in subpart I of this part was not worn and attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: On or about November 16, 2017, on the upper parking deck of 2296 Henderson Mill Road, Atlanta, Georgia: An employee performing electrical service work was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25-feet and greater when he worked from the basket of a JLG T350 Truck Mounted Boom Lift without wearing fall protection.
