29 CFR 1910.307(c): Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations were not intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location:    For the employees working on the mud mixing tanks on or about November 15, 2017 and times prior there to, the employer did not ensure splices in flexible electric cords to the mud logger gas detector was safe for the hazardous classified location by the shale shaker.  This exposes employees to the hazard of explosion or fire.
