29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposes an employee to injury, was not guarded:  At 1626 Manufacturers Drive, Fenton, MO, specifically inside of the Production Department, the point-of-operation belonging to the Stanley Bostitch Wire Stitcher, m/n 2AW, s/n 7869, was not guarded.  The gap in between the ram and the base plate measured approximately five-eights of an inch.  This violation was observed on 11/21/17.
