29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  On or about November 16, 2017, the employer was allowing employees to use a Virginia Abrasives 24" Tilt Head Saw, in front of the business to cut concrete walkway pavers, without wearing eye protection.
