29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:     (a) On or about November 6, 2017, and times prior thereto at the exit door inside of the establishment, employees working inside of the store were exposed to fire and entrapment hazards.     Dollar General Corporation, Store #4800 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1), which is contained in OSHA inspection number 1012465, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 7, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 203 Wedowee St. Bowdon, GA 30108.     The Dollar General  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1141463, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 26, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 507 Jonestown Rd. Jonestown, PA 17038.
