29 CFR 1926.652(a)(1): Each employee in an excavation was not protected from cave-ins by an adequate protective system designed in accordance with 29 CFR 1926.652 (b) or (c):  (a) Residential property located at 7460 Twin Branch Road, Sandy Springs, GA 30328, Trench located in front yard: On or about 11/21/2017, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to cave-in hazards while working in a trench which measured 53-ft. long x 2-ft., 8-inches wide x 6-ft., 8-inches deep, in that a cave-in protective system was not provided to the employee engaged in plumbing work inside the trench.
