29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe:    a)  At Lot 65 East Cypress Circle, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On or about November 29, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to operate a skill saw on site that had a small piece of wood wedged into the guard to hold it up exposing the blade and exposing his employees to struck-by and amputation hazards.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At Lot 65 East Cypress Circle, Orange Beach, Alabama:  On or about November 29, 2017 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of to 11 feet 4 inches to the ground below.
