The written program did not contain elements for medical evaluations and proper cleaning, storage, and maintenance of respirators.           Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:   a) In the paint shop, on or about 11/29/17: The employer did not develop a written hazard communication program containing all required criteria for employees who used flammable paint products including but not limited to Seagrave Coatings Dulac optical L300 Black. The written program did not contain elements for employee training, non-routine tasks, and contractors/other employers. The written program also had not been updated for the elements of container labeling and safety data sheets to reflect GHS updates.    Abatement certification must be submitted for this item.

Employees had not been provided with adequate information including pictogram meanings, standard container label information, information on safety data sheets.
