29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace.    a) Kasper Toyota, located in Sandusky, Ohio: On or about November 29, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees, working in the service area utilizing respirators while working with corrosion preventive compound 712AM, received a medical evaluation prior to  being required to use a tight fitting half face respirator. Employees utilizing tight fitting half face respirator, who are not medical fit enough to do so, could exacerbate a pre-existing medical condition.
