29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: a) Wimps Body Works: On or about November 29, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards from chemicals such as, but not limited to; Acetone and Solvent Naphtha during spray operations while wearing 3M disposable elastomeric dual-cartridge half mask respirators. The employer did not provide medical evaluations to employees required to use the respirators as required in 1910.134(c)(1)(ii). b) Wimps Body Works: On or about November 29, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to respiratory hazards from chemicals such as, but not limited to; Acetone and Solvent Naphtha during spray operations while wearing 3M disposable elastomeric dual-cartridge half mask respirators. The employer did not establish work-site specific procedures to regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the program as required in 1910.134(c)(1)(ix).
