29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):     a)  On November 30, 2017, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 23 feet while performing roofing work to an existing townhome.    American Building Contractors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1084885, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 8, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1446 Crowfoot Ln. Minooka, IL.
