29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: (a) South Elevation Outside: A stairway leading from the ground to the second floor was not eqiuipped with a starrail system exposing employees to falls; (b) Inside First Floor to Second Floor: A stairway leading from the first floor to the second floor was not equipped with a stairrail system exposing employees to falls; (c) Inside Second Floor to Third Floor: A stairway leading from the second floor to the third floor was not equipped with a stairrail system exposing employees to falls.
