29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): The employer must ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the following: guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) Jobsite - The employer did not ensure that employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately one hundred fifty (150) feet were protected by use of a personal fall arrest system, guard rail systems or similar device. Observed on or about 06 NOV 2017.
