Oil Change Pit - On or about December 5, 2017 a power strip was not plugged directly into an electrical outlet.  The power strip was plugged into another power strip that was lying on top of an oil storage tank; the power strips were daisy chained.   b. Oil Change Pit - On or about December 5, 2017 the factory power cord for the power strip that was attached to the ceiling griddle was removed; and an extension cord was hardwired into the power strip and used as the power cord.
