The employees are required to access the upper level mezzanine storage area to retrieved items pertaining to the shop area such as, but not limited to boxes and other excess shop/store materials.  The mezzanine area was not equipped with the standard guardrails along the open-sides of the storage area, exposing employees to a fall of 9' to lower level, on or about 12/07/17.
