29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):  One or more methods of machine guarding were not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  At 4848 Park 370 Blvd, Hazelwood, MO, specifically inside of the Maintenance Shop, the rotating parts belonging to a Ryobi Drilling Machine, s/n AZ1140 27276, were unguarded.  This violation was observed on 12/14/17.

29 CFR 1910.157(g)(2): The employer did not provide the education required in paragraph (g)(1) of this section upon initial employment and at least annually thereafter:  At 4848 Park 370 Blvd, Hazelwood, MO, specifically inside of the Maintenance Shop, employees were not provided with training in how to effectively used a portable fire extinguisher where such use was expected by the employer.  This violation was observed on 12/14/17.
