29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii)(C): The building owner and/or facility owner did not notify all employers of employees who work within or adjacent to areas containing asbestos containing materials (ACM) and/or presumed asbestos containing materials (PACM) of the presence, location and quantity of ACM and/or PACM at the work site:    a) Worksite located at 201 Cornelison St, Jersey City, NJ    The site superintendent did not notify all employers of the presence, location and quantity of asbestos.  Samples of thermal system insulation contained 10 to 17% asbestos.    Violation occurred on or about 12/8/2017.

29 CFR 1904.40(a): The employer did not provide an authorized government representative copies of requested records kept under Part 1904 within four (4) business hours:      (a) Worksite located at 201 Cornelison St, Jersey City, NJ & corporate location 1339 Prospect Ave, Brooklyn, NY    The employer failed to provide copies of OSHA Forms 300 and 300-A or their equivalents, which were requested for calendar years 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 to date.    Violation occurred on or about 02/15/2018.
